Lot 576: Traditional Irish Ringboard with a Collection of Rubber Rings

A shield-shaped wooden ring board of the type used for the traditional Irish game of rings. The board is constructed from light-coloured wood with a visible grain and features thirteen brass-tone hooks. Each hook is positioned above a printed black Arabic numeral, numbered 1 through 13. Included with the board is a collection of black rubber rings. The board has a shaped top and bottom edge and a single mounting hole at the top centre. No maker marks are visible.
