Lot 613: A Giuseppe Armani Florence Sculture d'Arte Figurine Titled Princess

A decorative cold-cast porcelain figurine attributed to Giuseppe Armani for Florence Sculture d’Arte, titled Princess, circa 1985. The sculpture depicts a young woman with long flowing hair wearing a romanticised, draped, puff-sleeved gown, standing beside a horse. The horse is captured in a dynamic pose with one foreleg raised, set upon a textured ground intended to resemble natural stone or earth. The piece features a matte, off-white finish with darker tonal accents applied to highlight the textured details. The figurine is mounted on an oval, dark-stained wooden plinth which bears a metallic plaque inscribed with the title Princess in cursive script.
