The piece features a stylised animal head with an open mouth and incised details for the teeth, nostrils, and eyes, mounted to a rectangular platform at the thick end of a tapered wedge base. Hand-carved from a dark-stained hardwood, the item displays visible tool marks and a folk art aesthetic.
