The primary item is a royal blue Adidas zip-front athletic windbreaker jacket issued for the Great Britain Paralympic Team at the Sydney 2000 Games. The jacket features an embroidered Adidas logo on the right chest and a Great Britain Paralympic Team insignia with a Union Jack, taeguk symbols, and Sydney 2000 text on the left chest.
