Lot 578: White Painted Cheval Mirror in the Neo-classical Style

A late 20th-century cheval floor mirror in a Neo-classical reproduction style. The rectangular mirror frame features a moulded decorative border and is finished in an off-white paint. It is pivot-mounted between two square vertical supports on a matching stand. The stand includes a shaped lower stretcher adorned with a central gilt-finished laurel wreath motif, supported by four out-swept, curved legs. The reverse of the mirror is fitted with a modern brown hardboard backing panel. No maker’s marks or labels are present.
