A trio of glazed porcelain figurines dating from the late 20th century, modelled in an idealized 18th-century style. This specific design is commonly identified in the secondary market as George and Martha style. The group consists of three separate pieces: a standing female figure playing a lyre, a standing male figure playing a mandolin, and a seated couple with the female playing a lyre and the male holding a mandolin. All figures are decorated in a palette of cobalt blue and white, featuring underglaze floral sprays and gilt highlights to the clothing and instruments. The undersides of the bases feature indistinct yellowish-gold marks, likely remnants of former paper labels, and one base carries a modern white auction sticker. No legible factory or maker marks are present.
