This lot comprises three mid-20th-century cast brass items. The first is a figural owl ornament or paperweight, cast with detailed surface texturing representing plumage and large, concentric-ringed eyes. The second is a small sack-form vessel, possibly a toothpick holder or miniature vase, featuring a textured surface mimicking the weave of a burlap sack and finished with a red textile ribbon tied at the neck. The base of the vessel is stamped with indistinct marks including the words MADE IN and retains remnants of a white paper label. The third item is a bottle opener cast in the form of a bird with outstretched wings and detailed feathering, where the tail serves as the opener. The underside of the bird contains a circular recess stamped W-Germany and a maker mark consisting of a triangle containing the letter V within a circle.
