Lot 68: A Set of Six Warsteiner German Beer Mugs

Buyer's Premium:

A set of six clear glass beer mugs, or tankards, produced for the German brewery Warsteiner. Each mug is constructed with a thick, weighted base and a sturdy integral handle. The front of each vessel is decorated with a multi-coloured transfer print featuring the brewery’s logo: a crown positioned above a circular seal. The central text is rendered in a black Fraktur-style script reading Warsteiner, with the words PREMIUM VERUM positioned directly beneath. Surrounding the central seal is the German motto EINE KÖNIGIN UNTER DEN BIEREN, which translates to A Queen among beers.

The side of each glass includes a fill line mark with the capacity 0,2 l and the letters T+G, likely referring to the glassware manufacturer. The set is presented in a partitioned cardboard storage box designed for safe transport and organisation.
