A mid-20th-century novelty teapot in the Capodimonte style, possibly of British or Italian manufacture. The earthenware body is modelled in the round as a bouquet of pink and blue flowers with yellow centres on a bed of green leaves, with a removable lid featuring a butterfly finial. The piece is finished with hand-painted polychrome glazes and a reddish-brown loop handle.
