Lot 410: A Novelty Kitsch Twin-Leg Table Lamp

A novelty kitsch table lamp, modelled as a pair of female mannequin-style legs crossed at the calves. The legs are constructed from plastic or composition material and are dressed in black fabric fishnet stockings with lace-trimmed tops. The feet are finished with leopard-print high-heeled shoes, with the upper shoe serving as the mounting point for an E27 screw-type lamp holder. The assembly is mounted on a circular, stepped black plastic base. The design is in the style of the prop lamp from the film A Christmas Story. The lamp is fitted with an inline on/off switch and a two-pin European-style plug.
